1 General Terms & Applicability

Bets Bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all users, particularly those who access the betsbet.app website.

4 Betting Rules & Conditions

All forms of betting on Bets Bet — Sports Betting, casino, slots, fish games, and bingo — are governed by the following rules:

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Bets Bet expressly approves it under exceptional circumstances.
2. If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
3. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bets Bet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
4. Bets Bet is not responsible for internet disruptions that occur during live betting.
5. Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
6. Bets Bet reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits at any time.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Bets Bet offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any offer:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own Wagering Requirement, which is specified in the bonus details.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per user.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses or engaged in bonus hunting may be suspended.

6 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bets Bet and will result in immediate account closure:

• Using software bots, automated scripts, or hacking tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
• Disrespectful or harassing behavior toward other users.
• Making a deposit via a third-party payment method.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bets Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide the information required for verification.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Upon detection of suspicious or unusual financial activity.
• A self-exclusion has been applied at the user's own request.

Upon account closure, legitimate funds will be returned; however, bonus funds will be forfeited in cases of closure due to rule violations.

8 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification Policy

Bets Bet accepts no liability for the following:

• If a game or betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• If a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment gateway.
• Account credentials were compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Force Majeure events — such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions that result in service interruption.
• Financial losses from gaming are entirely at the user's own risk.

Bets Bet strives to deliver the best possible service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 availability. Brief downtime may occur during maintenance or upgrades.
